I LOVE how portable this coloring book is, super easy to throw into my purse/bag and color in while waiting for appointments. I enjoyed coloring in this coloring book so much that I bought two more. The pages are extremely fun to color and a lot of personal creativity. I will be purchasing again and again.
I love this small coloring book which I can carry with me. The pages are one sided that do show through if markers are used heavily on the coloring page, but I haven't found them to bleed onto the following page. If I'm using markers I do use a thicker page of plain paper between the two pages just in case, but it usually just goes lightly on the other side of the page that I'm coloring on. Jess Volinski gives a few pages of suggestions for colors to use and a website that I found useful for helping me know what colors go well together and why. He also said that you can use any colors to please you. I like his small, portable coloring books!
Got this for a friend's 5th grade daughter, with some gel pens. She loved it! It's not very big, which makes it convenient to travel with and also has these inspirational words behind each page, with a few lines underneath to write something.

This was purchased as a gift for someone who is now addicted to coloring with gel pens in these type of coloring books; the size of this book makes it easy to take along in her bag with her pens wherever she goes.
This is a cute little coloring book with simplistic drawings. I wanted a small book to carry along and when I don't want to carry bulky books. So far I've just used gel pens and they work fine.
This is another nice coloring book. Great diversity and range of images. Perforated pages make coloring easier. A book worth coloring. I recommend using colored pencils.
Perfect size for carrying in your purse or backpack. Slightly larger than a paperback book, but smaller than a magazine. The pages are thick and good quality. Some of my markers show through the page just a tiny bit, but there’s only one design to color per two-page spread, so it doesn’t hurt anything.
I bought this book for my 8 year old niece for use in the car on a long drive or having a long wait wherever she might have to go to. I know she will definitely enjoy this. Her birthday is coming up and it will be one of several gifts I have for her.
